Impractical visual medium

I think an impractical visual medium for my project would be giving a presentation in front of the head of the education department. This would be impractical of my skills because I would not know how to create a professional powerpoint tailored to the head of the education department. I think being able to create a powerpoint and present it in front of the education department would be useful to advance my aims of my rhetoric project because I am bringing my solution to end teenage smoking to the highest level of the education system. I think this is impractical because the head of the education department would not have time to meet with me and it would be nearly impossible for me to meet with her. With this medium I would bring my three plan to to life through a powerpoint presentation that I said I would be showing the head of the education department. I would use a powerpoint because it will effectively show my three step plan and all the reasons why my three step plan will work. I also think the powerpoint will be an effective persuasive element in order to get the head of the education department to foresee my three step plan. I will make sure my powerpoint elaborates my three step plan with videos and pictures. Overall I do not think showing the powerpoint to the head of the education department would be practical. The powerpoint would not be practical because it takes time to get an appointment with the head of the education department and I am sure she would not want to take time out of her day just to see a powerpoint on eliminating smoking for teenagers.  I think if I wanted to make my plan practical I would have to start small. For example, maybe my old high school.
