Project Changes

If I were to redo my rhetoric project I would definitely make some surface and structural changes to it. At the surface level I feel that I could have looked at my text and changed the color of it to make it more appealing and easy to read. I know at one point in my video the picture blended into my "white" text and it was unclear to read. If I were to make a change I would change the text to black and probably make it bold. Also at the surface level I could have made my sentences shorter to get my point across. Some of the sentences tended to be long and took time to read and got boring. Another surface change that I would probably make is the music. When I uploaded it to youtube the first part of the music did not appear and then about twenty seconds into the video it did. Next time I could check and make sure everything is working properly. The last surface change I would make is adding a colorful or interesting background to my video. While watching my video I noticed it was kind of boring because every single background was black and if I were to change the background it would capture peoples attention more. At the structural level I would probably reorganize my plan of action. After showing my video someone pointed out that it would make more sense to have one of my ideas first. So if I were to redo my video I would put a better education system first followed by my other two ideas. Another structural change I would probably make would be adding a graph to show statistics of teenage smokers because it would be more appealing to the eye then reading text.
