Video Revisions

           If I were to re do my Rhetoric project, I would have changed somethings on the surface level. I think I would have made all of the images myself. I would have used the facts and information from the photos I found and out them on Canva images I made. This would have made my video run smoother with less changes. A second surface change I would make is that I would have added where the facts I provided on the photos came from. I think this would have helped show my audience that the information can be believed. I think since my issue is very charged the more information and sources would only help my video. For a structural change, I would have changed how the first “slide” went into the second one. The second one did not fit with the others. It was the only slide I had that did not have a pink background. Looking back on this I think it looked unorganized. I should have put the info that was on that slide on to a pink ground to allow it to flow better. I did not originally put the information on that slide on to a pink background because I wanted to use the images of one in five women. I wanted to use this image to visually show the stat. If I had more time to do this project I would have added an interview video part. I would try and interview someone who works for Planned Parenthood and ask them for some basic facts about what they do. I think this would have been a good thing to add because it would give Planned Parenthood a human touch. This would show the audience the human side of the organization. I think all of these surface and structural changes would help improve my video and help convey my message to the audience.
