Cecilia's Introduction

My name is Cecilia de Erausquin. I'm a St Louis kid, born and raised. I'll always be a die hard Cardinals and Blues fan, but I wasn't really upset about the Rams leaving, because, lets be real, they were so bad no one really cared about them anymore. I moved to Tampa when I was 13, and spent 5 years there before coming back to St Louis for college. I was a biochem major, on the premed track for freshman year, before realizing that I really hate chemistry, so I switched to a Theatre and Classical Humanities double major, and I've never loved a decision more.
I'm very involved in the theatre department, so if you ever go to see a show, I'll definitely be there doing something or other. I mostly stage manage, but I'm only allowed to do that on one of the shows per semester. On the other shows, I do a variety of random technical tasks, because while I love theatre and everything it can do, I hate performing.
I speak Spanish fluently, which I mostly have my parents to thank for. They had a rule growing up that we weren't allowed to speak English at home, because they didn't want us to lose our bilingual skills. I'm eternally grateful for that, because speaking more than one language is cool, and also super useful in the professional world.
I love hiking, and exploring the national parks. My goal is to take a road trip and see them all, someday. I don't have any pets, which is sad, but I also don't have time to take care of them, so it's probably a good thing that I don't.
