Hi, my name is Chandler Pollett and I’m originally from San Diego, California. I have been a dedicated Los Angeles (San Diego) Chargers fan ever since I was little. I even have a Chargers flag hanging from my wall of my dorm room. My Dad and I made it a tradition to go to the football games on Sunday and those are some of my fondest memories with him. Football with my Dad was always a large part of my childhood.
After freshman year of high school, my Dad received a job promotion which required our family to move to Dallas, Texas. In the beginning, I absolutely despised the idea of moving. Yet after getting into Dallas and meeting all the new people, I almost immediately changed my perspective. Dallas has a very warm, yet big city vibe to it. As well as the people in Dallas are some of the kindest people I have met.
It was in high school that I had developed a passion for Psychology and how the brain works. Out of all the subjects I have studied, it had captivated me the most and this is why I decided to study it at SLU.
