I am Madi Castelli. I am from Peru, Illinois which is about 1 hour south west of Chicago. My family consist of my mom, dad and brother. My brother is four years younger than me. Something you should know about me is that I am very close to my family and if I am not spending time with my friends than I am usually spending time with my family. I am very close to my mom and I tell her everything. During the summer I love to go hiking and swimming. I live by a state park so in the summer my friends and I go hiking. At the state park there are many water falls that you can jump from. I promise its not as dangerous as you think and it is a lot of fun.
Saint Louis University was my number one college choice because they offered a direct entry physical therapy program. I was lucky to be accepted into their program and I plan on majoring in physical therapy. On campus I am involved with running club, inter-mural volleyball, and I am part of Phi Mu which is a sorority on campus. A fun fact about me is that I am double jointed in both arms. During high school I played volleyball and softball. My junior year of high school my volleyball team got fourth in state. I also played travel softball and we placed first in the state and fifth at nationals. I also love to spend time with my friends and I love to shop and eat. I have only been outside of the country twice and that was when I went to Cancun and the Bahamas. Every year my family goes to Florida.
